Full-time Robert Half Ltd are working with a business in Yarnton that are looking for a Management Accountant to join the team on a 6-month temporary contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive finance professional who can hit the ground running and provide valuable support.

Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly management accounts, including journals, accruals and prepayments Produce financial reports and variance analysis Assist with budgeting and forecasting Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate discrepancies Prepare and analyse financial information to support business decisions Assist with cash flow reporting and financial planning Support process improvements and ad hoc finance projects What they're looking for Strong month-end accounting experience Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Advanced Excel skills and experience using finance systems Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
