Curtis Recruitment Limited is seeking a commercially aware Finance Manager in Oxford to own the day-to-day finance function and act as a strategic partner to the senior leadership team.
This role covers month-end close, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, VAT and payroll reviews, and year-end statutory accounts under UK GAAP across multiple sites, offering autonomy and clear progression.
Strong Excel and ERP experience, with the ability to translate financial data for non-finance stakeholders.
