Project Accountant

Arden White is recruiting for a Project Accountant (Project Finance) on behalf of a leading aviation organisation based near Oxford Airport. This role would suit a Project Accountant, Programme Accountant, Finance Business Partner, or Project Finance professional looking to support complex aviation and defence-related programmes.

Key Responsibilities
Project financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting
Contract reviews and monthly Estimate at Completion (EAC) updates
Support month-end and year-end financial reporting activities
Monitor programme costs, labour bookings and financial performance
Support audits and regulatory reporting requirements
Provide financial insight and challenge to programme delivery teams
Maintain financial data and reporting within SAP Requirements
Professionally qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
Experience in project accounting, project finance, programme finance, financial controlling, or finance business partnering
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Advanced Excel skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Additional Information
Salary up to £65,000
Based near Oxford Airport
On-site working, up to 5 days per week
37.5-hour working week
Must be eligible to obtain SC Clearance
