Mature Accountants Ltd is seeking a hands-on Finance Manager for Oxford with a hybrid working arrangement, reporting to a part-time CFO. You will own day-to-day finance, drive monthly reporting, forecasting and process improvements as the business grows, with exposure to senior leadership.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years in finance, holds AAT Level 4 or equivalent, and is proficient in managing accounts, cash flow forecasts and financial reporting using Quick Books or similar software.
