Senior FP&A Analyst

Description Robert Half are pleased to be partnering with a rapidly growing organisation based in Thame to recruit a Senior FP&A Analyst. The Senior FP&A Analyst will receive a salary of up to 70,000 along with other attractive benefits.

This role is suitable for applicants both qualified or qualified by experience.

Please note this role is mostly office based.

Primary responsibilities;
Support the preparation of annual budgets across all business divisions.

Develop and maintain rolling forecasts and financial models.

Produce monthly forecast updates and variance analysis.

Assist in long-term strategic planning and scenario modelling.

Support cash flow forecasting and working capital analysis.

Help identify risks and opportunities through proactive financial analysis.

Prepare monthly management reporting packs.

Analyse business performance against budget, forecast and prior year.

Produce detailed margin, profitability and trend analysis.

Support financial and operational KPI reporting.

Design, build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.

Key experience and attributes;

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or finalist with relevant experience.

Strong experience in FP&A, commercial finance or management reporting.

Advanced Excel modelling skills.

Strong Power BI experience.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving capability.

Experience working with large datasets.

Commercially curious.

Highly analytical and detail focused.

Proactive and self-motivated.
