Financial Adviser, Oxfordshire. Highly Competitive Salary, plus Bonus and Benefits We are working with a Chartered firm who is looking to appoint a qualified Financial Adviser to cover Oxfordshire and the surrounding areas. This is an employed role within a well-established, growing organisation that focuses on building, developing and maintaining excellent client relationships.

The role:

Manage existing client relationships and build new business Benefit from a consistent flow of high-quality leads through established introducers and an internal lead and referral network, allowing you to focus on delivering advice rather than self-generating business Deliver holistic financial planning advice across pensions, investments and protection Promote the value of ongoing advice and long-term financial planning Maintain high professional and regulatory standards, including Consumer Duty obligations Initially focus on converting leads provided;

after an initial period, you will be allocated an existing client bank to manage

About you:
