Through St. James's Place, the practice provides a distinctive approach to investment management and retirement planning, using carefully selected external fund managers supported by independent consultants. The Partner Practice is an Appointed Representative of St. James's Place Wealth Management plc, which is authorized and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
The Financial Services Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Oxford Area. This role supports the adviser and the wider team in delivering an efficient and high-quality client experience, including preparing documentation, maintaining accurate client records, and some occasional appointment scheduling. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling client enquiries, processing applications and policy changes, coordinating with providers, and ensuring administrative tasks are completed in line with regulatory standards.
The Financial Services Assistant will also assist in compiling reports, tracking workflows, and supporting client communication activities as needed. This position requires close collaboration with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and consistent, professional service to all clients.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Financial Services and familiarity with wealth management or related sectors.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills and a client-focused mindset.
- Relevant experience in financial administration, banking, or professional services is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively are important.
- Comfort with using office software, CRM systems, and maintaining accurate records is advantageous.
