Mackie Myers have partnered with a rapidly growing, regulated SME in Oxford to appoint a Finance Manager into their expanding finance function. This is an exciting opportunity to join the business at a key stage of growth, taking ownership of core finance activities while helping to develop robust processes, controls and reporting as the organisation scales.

The Role

The Finance Manager will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day finance function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong financial controls and effective cash management. Working closely with the senior leadership team, the role will provide meaningful financial insight to support commercial decision-making, while helping the business strengthen its finance processes and systems as it continues to grow.

Main Duties

• Lead the production of accurate monthly management accounts and financial reporting
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and cashflow projections, analysing key variances
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and ensure financial controls are maintained
• Support statutory accounts, audit and regulatory reporting requirements
