FP&A Analyst; MI

FP&A Analyst (MI) London - Hybrid - up to 80k I'm working with a leading insurance business looking for a qualified accountant to join their Commercial Reporting & Analysis team. This would suit someone looking for their second move within the insurance market who has a strong reporting background but is keen to move further into FP&A, analysis and commercial decision-making.

Role responsibilities:

* Management and performance reporting
* Financial and variance analysis
* Supporting executive and senior leadership reporting
* Turning financial and operational data into clear business insight
* Working with Finance, Actuarial and wider business stakeholders
* Supporting FP&A and commercial decision-making
* Improving MI, reporting processes and automation What we are looking for:
* ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
* Insurance experience - Lloyd's or General Insurance
* Strong financial reporting / management reporting background
* Good understanding of financial analysis and variance analysis
* Advanced Excel
* Commercially minded and interested in developing an FP&A skill set
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Power BI / reporting automation experience would be beneficial A good opportunity for someone who wants to take their existing Insurance reporting experience and move into a more analytical and commercially focused role.
