Financial Advisor

Our client, based in Colchester is excited to announce that they are recruiting a Financial Advisor to join their growing team. Responsibilities
• Provide independent financial advice across pensions, investments, protection and wealth management.
• Manage and develop an existing client portfolio while generating new business through referrals, networking and professional relationships.
• Deliver compliant, client-focused financial planning in line with FCA regulations and company standards.
• Build long-term client relationships and support business growth.
• Use financial planning technology including Conquest, Planner Pal and Power BI.
• Maintain CPD and regulatory competence. Key Requirements
• Minimum 5 years' experience as an Independent Financial Adviser.
• Level 4 Diploma (or equivalent) in Financial Planning.
• Strong knowledge of UK financial services, pensions, investments and protection.
• Excellent communication, analytical and relationship management skills.
• Commercially minded with a proven ability to develop business and manage client relationships. Benefits
