This role offers hybrid working, with a flexible arrangement between home and office-based working, typically including around two days per week from home, although this can be tailored for the right candidate. What You'll Be Doing Preparing and maintaining detailed client files and annual review documentation Building and analysing cashflow models to support financial planning strategies Drafting clear, accurate, and compliant suitability reports and financial recommendations Conducting both independent and collaborative research to identify suitable financial planning solutions Assisting advisers with comparing and analysing products, investments, and planning strategies Liaising with clients and third-party professionals, including solicitors and accountants, where required Overseeing the implementation of advice and ensuring compliance requirements are met throughout the process Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues What We're Looking For Knowledge & Skills Strong understanding of the financial planning process Technical knowledge across pensions, investments, inheritance tax planning, protection, and tax planning Excellent written communication skills, particularly in suitability report writing Awareness of market trends, regulatory developments, and product changes Experience Previous experience in a Paraplanning role
Experience with cashflow modelling software would be advantageous but is not essential Qualifications Diploma in Financial Planning (or an equivalent Level 4 qualification) Willingness to undertake standard background screening, including DBS and credit checks What's in It for You?
