A prominent Top 10 accountancy and advisory practice in London is expanding its Mid-Market Corporate Tax team.

Known for its collaborative, non-bureaucratic culture, the firm is significantly strengthening its mid-market advisory capability. This is a key leadership appointment to strengthen a high-performing team, take ownership of a growing mid-market client base, and accelerate your route to Director and Partner.

Key Responsibilities Mid-Market & Advisory Delivery:
Lead complex UK corporate tax advisory projects for a dynamic portfolio of owner-managed businesses (OMBs), PE-backed entities, fast-growth companies, and international corporate groups. Transactional & Strategic Advice:
Provide senior technical input across high-value advisory engagements, including corporate reorganisations, M&A tax, transaction structuring, and cross-border expansions. Portfolio Ownership & Client Relationships:
Act as the main trusted advisor across your client portfolio, driving long-term relationships, fee performance, and technical delivery. Quality Assurance & Review:
Oversee, review, and sign off on complex corporate tax computations, returns, and advisory deliverables prepared by Managers and Seniors. Team Leadership & Development:
Coach, mentor, and grow junior team members while collaborating directly with Partners on market opportunities and cross-selling. About You

Qualifications:

CTA, ACA, or equivalent professional qualification.

Experience:

Strong UK corporate tax background gained within professional services (Top 10/20, Big 4, or top-tier regional firm). Technical Breadth:
Demonstrable track record in corporate tax compliance oversight and complex advisory work for mid-market OMBs and complex groups. Commercial Mindset:
