The business is looking for a Part-Time Finance Assistant to support their CFO and Finance Manager in a broad and busy role.

Your new role As the Finance Assistant, you will play an integral role in the day-to-day running of the finance function, supporting the CFO and Finance Manager in a busy role. Your responsibilities will include:> Accounts Payable / Receivable > Day to Day Purchase Orders / Invoices / Employee Expenses > Prepare Payment runs > Post and allocate Bank Payments > Ensuring that transactions are posted accurately and within set deadlines What you'll need to succeed > Confident IT user - Strong Excel skills and knowledge of the Xero package is essential > Multitasking and open to additional responsibilities.

> Proactivity and problem-solving attitude > Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative and exercise judgment. >
