Finance Manager

Alexander Daniels are partnering with a well-established, growing business to recruit a Finance Manager (12 month FTC). Reporting to the Head of Finance, you'll lead the day-to-day finance function, manage a team, and play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, commercial insight, and operational support across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Produce timely and accurate monthly management accounts. Deliver financial analysis, reporting packs, and performance insights. Lead and develop a finance team across AP, AR, and management accounting. Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital performance. Oversee VAT, statutory reporting, and audit processes. Support budgeting, forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain robust financial controls and compliance across the business.

About You:

Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent). Proven experience in a similar role. Strong background in management accounting, reporting, and financial analysis. Experience managing and developing finance teams. Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills. Advanced Excel skills and experience using ERP/accounting systems.
