Financial Crime Manager​/DMLRO

A global trading and business investment group are looking to appoint a Financial Crime Manager/Deputy MLRO to join their team. The client offers fantastic benefits and hybrid working. Reporting to the Head of Compliance/MLRO this role will be responsible for:
Leading and managing the Financial Crime function and framework. Overseeing AML, CFT, sanctions, fraud, CDD and customer risk management activities. Maintaining the financial crime risk assessment and ensuring risks are appropriately identified and managed. Monitoring regulatory and industry developments and implementing relevant changes. Providing financial crime advice to the business, including on new products, services and initiatives. Overseeing compliance monitoring, audits, investigations and remediation.

Leading financial crime governance, MI, reporting, training and awareness. Maintaining and enhancing financial crime policies, procedures, systems and controls. Working with key stakeholders and global compliance teams to ensure alignment with regulatory and group standards. Escalating material financial crime risks and issues appropriately. Candidate Profile Strong Knowledge of UK Financial Crime legalisation and UK regulatory Framework Minimum of 10 years of strong financial crime experience Previous experience of DLMRO and managing a team Strong stakeholder management skills The role will pay up to £110k per annum, plus bonus, car allowance and benefits.
