Role Overview As a Client Administrator , you will play a key role in supporting Financial Planners and internal teams by ensuring the smooth and compliant administration of financial advice services. This is a dynamic and client-focused role requiring excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end process of new business applications. Liaise with third-party providers to ensure timely and accurate processing of client documentation. Maintain up-to-date client records and ensure all actions are logged in internal systems. Handle Letters of Authority and Transfers of Authority, following up with providers to obtain necessary information. Support Financial Planners with meeting preparation and pipeline updates.

Respond to client and third-party queries via phone and email in a professional and compliant manner. Process incoming and outgoing post, prioritising and distributing appropriately. Escalate client complaints or compliance issues promptly. Monitor system-generated tasks and data control reports to ensure accuracy and timely resolution. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client experience and operational efficiency. Skills & Competencies Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work effectively across teams and build strong working relationships. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management and organisational skills. High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.

Experience with financial platforms or back-office systems (training provided if required). Experience Required Previous experience in a financial services. Proven track record in client administration or a similar support role. Experience in a client service-focused setting.
