Finance Assistant

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for:
Managing the purchase ledger from end to end Processing around 100 invoices per week onto the system Raising purchase orders and posting fuel invoices Reconciling supplier statements and supporting payment runs as you settle in Handling bank reconciliations and liaising internally for approvals Uploading weekly payroll data for 50 staff (with outsourced processing) Managing the daily accounts inbox and resolving queries

What you will need:

Previous experience in a similar finance role (Purchase Ledger Clerk, Accounts Payable, Accounts Assistant, Finance Assistant, Finance Officer) AAT qualification would be great, but not necessary
