Finance Manager

This role is ideal if you're looking for a step up or perhaps looking to make the first move from a firm of Accountants. It’s a newly created Finance Manager position to look after the Accounts of three separate businesses and to provide sound financial insight to the Directors. To add to this, one of the companies is currently going through an MBO and another will be going through an MBO in the next few years…This means you'll have a part of the business in the years to come.

Currently their management accounts is covered by their firm of Accountants, but they would like to bring this role in-house. Focusing on management accounts, presenting figures and guiding the Directors to make future decisions. The company has two offices in Leicester, and you can be based out of either… They also offer flexible and hybrid working and an environment based on trust rewarding delivery.
