Working Pattern – Up to 40 hours per week, across 5 days (Monday to Sunday).

• Conduct personalised consultations to deliver a bespoke TONI&GUY hairdressing experience for each client
• Build and expand your client base while fostering strong client loyalty
• Enhance client satisfaction by recommending expert colour services and promoting product sales through extensive hairdressing product knowledge
• Mentor and inspire apprentices, serving as a role model in the salon and embodying the esteemed TONI&GUY brand
• Champion the Super brand status of TONI&GUY, actively promoting and maintaining its reputation

• 2+ years of shop floor hairdressing experience
• Expertise in a variety of hairdressing techniques, delivering precise cuts, colours and styles
• Artistic vision to bring client preferences to life with stunning hairstyles
• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to cultivate long-term client relationships
• Efficiently manage a busy schedule, handling diverse client needs with flexibility and meeting deadlines consistently
