We’re currently recruiting for a
Demand & Scheduling Planner
to join our Warehouse, Distribution and Supply Chain team
. In this role, you willsupport the effective planning, forecasting, scheduling and reporting of all UK GMP production to meet the requirements of the Global S&OP process in line with operational; commercial and financial goals, playing a key part in advancing our mission and making a real difference.

• Analysing supplier order confirmations in line with demand and highlight any areas of concern/escalations to the Supply Chain Planning Team
• Completing financial forecasting/budget database/batch release tracker and client order trackers as required, ensuring data integrity and accuracy from S&OP process
• Generating data analysis/reports as required
• Actioning the inventory transactions required to maintain optimum levels of client safety stock
• Creating and maintaining SOPs to document the activities of the demand & scheduling function

• Proficiency in Excel
• Proven Supply Chain experience (preferred)
• Professional qualifications in supply chain/ materials management (preferred)
• Knowledge of forecasting/planning/scheduling & supply chain activities
• Previous use of planning/materials management systems (ERP)
