Care Acre Children’s Home is expanding and we’re looking for dedicated, compassionate individuals to join our team. We provide high-quality 24-hour residential childcare for children and young people aged 8-17 with EBD and LD background.

If you’re currently working with the National Probation Service, you bring invaluable skills like resilience, effective communication, and the ability to manage challenging behaviours. Our care home values your experience and offers a nurturing, supportive environment for both staff and young people.

  Oxfordshire
• Salary: up to £13.00 - £15 p/hr negotiable based on experience
• Sleep-in Rates: £70 per sleep-in shift
• Bonuses:
  Additional bonuses for 'Good' and 'Outstanding' OFSTED ratings
• Attendance Allowance: £1200 annually
