We’re seeking extra special Care Workers to support people to live well at home! This is a Domiciliary Home Care Support role for one of our Oxford (Cowley & Headington) teams.

Up to £14.43 per hour + 45p/mile mileage

Paid for full shifts, not just visit time

No previous care experience required

• We welcome people with no previous care experience, FULL training will be provided. But you should have compassion, respect and a desire to support people in your community!

• Car & valid driving licence preferred (if not then you need to be a confident cyclist at least)

• Location:
  We recruit colleagues local to our teams, to support their local communities, so we can't accommodate relocation. Please ensure that you live within approximately 5 miles of our Headington or Cowley based Oxford team.

• Shift Times: 5 hour blocks (mornings shifts from 7:30am-12:30pm and evening shifts from 5pm-10pm) it means that you can find a healthy work-life balance. You must be available to work on alternate weekends, as well as weekdays!

• Part Time roles available

• Real Living Wage employer, we pay you for Full Shifts (not just contact time) - £14.43 p/hr for time spent supporting people and £12.71 p/hr for the rest of your time – those hours between visits, travelling, training and connecting with your team
