Academics in Oxford City Centre is seeking a compassionate Mental Health Assistant - Aspiring Therapist to support children with SEMH needs and autism. You will work one-to-one and in small groups, helping pupils build confidence, regulate emotions, and develop healthy communication with teachers and SEL professionals.
The role offers full-time hours, Monday to Friday, with training and mentorship to progress toward careers in counselling, psychology, or CAMHS.
