We’re looking for caring, reliable and experienced Mental Health Support Workers to join Health Now Complex Care and support individuals with complex mental health needs across Oxfordshire.

Experience with in healthcare, social care or complex care would be beneficial.

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable due to the locations of some placements.
A valid DBS and relevant training would be advantageous. If you don’t currently have a DBS, please still get in touch to discuss the opportunities available.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll provide day-to-day support, helping individuals with their routines, activities and independence while providing reassurance and emotional support.
You’ll also follow individual care plans, support positive behaviour and work closely with colleagues and other professionals to ensure the people we support receive consistent, high-quality care.
