Healthcare Assistant - Reablement

Apply now to join our Reablement team at Care Outlook and help support vulnerable adults in the community to regain their independence following a stay in hospital.

As a Reablement Healthcare Assistant, you will travel from visit to visit across Oxfordshire (mainly Cherwell) to support people in their own homes. This is a fast-paced role in which you will follow care plans, complete assessments, and support clients in building confidence and independence.

SALARIED ROLE £28,600.00 per year (based on a 40 hour contract, pro rata for contracts between 30-40 hours)

30-40 hours per week, alternate weekends.

Shift pattern:

Working a mixture of early shifts (7am3pm) and late shifts (2pm10pm).

Travel and driving:

You must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car for work purposes. This is a driver's only role due to travelling between visits across Oxfordshire. You must also be able to commit to working alternate weekends.

Fully paid travel time with 40p per mile mileage between visits.
