You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to support personal care, nutrition, mobility and comfort, ensuring dignity and choice for patients and families.
The role is permanent, with full-time or reduced hours; night shifts and enhanced unsocial hour rates are provided, with travel across central Oxfordshire.
