Situated in the heart of the historic university city of Oxford, this beautiful 17th-century coaching-inn looks over the Examination Halls and Magdalen Tower.

As our Breakfast Supervisor, you will oversee the smooth running of our breakfast service. From leading the team to maintaining high standards of food quality and guest satisfaction, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming morning experience.

• Supervise and support the breakfast team during service
• Ensure buffet and dining areas are well-presented, clean, and fully stocked
• Train, motivate, and coordinate staff
• Handle guest queries and ensure exceptional customer service
• Monitor food safety, hygiene, and hotel standards
• Assist with opening / closing procedures and daily reporting
• Work closely with the kitchen and management to ensure seamless operations
• Manage monthly beverage stock takes
• Support with breakfast department rosters

• Previous hospitality or supervisory experience (breakfast service preferred)
• A positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• A genuine passion for guest service
