Due to continued growth, we are expanding our Cowley branch and seeking a driven and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and is looking to build a successful career in recruitment.

What Youll Be Doing As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including:
Generating new business through sales calls, networking, and client meetings Attending client visits to build and maintain strong working relationships Attracting and sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals Conducting candidate registrations, interviews, and assessments Performing on-site check-ins and ongoing support for temporary workers Managing client requirements from brief to placement with professionalism and urgency

What Were Looking For Previous experience in recruitment or a sales environment is highly desirable Confident, proactive, and able to work to KPIs and sales targets Strong organisational and multitasking skills A professional approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure A full UK driving license is essential due to the nature of the role (client visits, check-ins, etc.) Why Join New Recruits?
