Job Introduction

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic Human Resources and Cultural Change team.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of a high-value talent acquisition and resourcing service that visibly impacts organisational success. This role involves partnering with hiring managers to deliver effective recruitment campaigns, particularly for hard-to-fill and niche roles. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will also provide candidates with a deep understanding of the organisation, its employee value proposition, and brand.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead and manage key talent acquisition projects and campaigns for hard-to-fill roles.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate with HR Business Partners and senior managers to develop a full understanding of service area workforce requirements and provide talent acquisition strategies and solutions.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in talent acquisition, particularly in recruiting for hard-to-fill and niche roles.
