Love finding great people and enjoy a bit of variety? This could be the perfect role for you! I'm working with a growing Business Services organisation of around 150 employees globally. With exciting international expansion and new overseas offices, it's a fantastic time to join. You'll be part of a friendly HR team of four, working alongside an HR Business Partner, HR Advisor, HR Administrator and Payroll professional.
They’re a supportive, collaborative team who enjoy helping each other and celebrating success.
This is a recruitment-led role with a mix of HR administration to keep things varied. You'll coordinate hiring across the business while supporting the wider HR team in a fast-paced, growing environment.
- Coordinate recruitment across multiple departments and international locations.
- Manage vacancies from approval through to offer.
- Liaise with recruitment agencies and hiring managers.
- Arrange interviews and manage candidate communications.
- Keep multiple recruitment campaigns running smoothly.
- Support onboarding and deliver a great candidate experience.
- Assist with HR administration, employee records and documentation.
- Support the wider HR team with day-to-day activities.
- Contribute ideas to improve recruitment processes.
You’ll have previous recruitment or talent acquisition experience, either in-house or within an agency. You’ll be organised, proactive, confident managing multiple vacancies and enjoy building strong relationships. A willingness to get involved with general HR administration is equally important.
