Hays Recruitment Recruitment Consultant Opportunity - HR Specialist Oxford or Reading based £28,000 - £35,000  uncapped commission We're expanding our Human Resources team and are looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to develop and grow a dedicated HR Interim recruitment desk in Oxford and Reading. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a specialist market, build long-term client partnerships, and create a high-performing desk with significant growth potential.

The Opportunity:

Our established HR recruitment desk currently services both Public Sector and Private Sector markets. Due to increasing demand and growth opportunities, we're creating dedicated specialisms to allow greater focus, stronger client engagement, and increased market penetration. You'll have the opportunity to work across a broad HR remit including: HR Business Partners HR Managers Employee Relations Specialists Learning & Development Professionals Organisational Development Specialists HR Transformation & Change Professionals What can I expect day to day?

As a recruitment consultant you will gain exposure to a range of different activities whilst being supported by a structured training and development programme from day one. Some of your main responsibilities may include:
Source, interview, and match high-quality candidates to roles Identify and proactively partner with new and existing clients through new outreach and business development calls to build better, profitable outcomes by understanding their hiring needs and challenges Manage the recruitment process by guiding candidates and Clients through the full recruitment process from taking a brief to negotiating offers Be bold and curious, developing specialist market expertise by actively seeking to understand your customer's market Take accountability for meeting targets and delivering your monetary goals that contribute to the growth and profitability of Hays Be part of vibrant and inclusive culture that cheers on progress by celebrating personal and team performance You'll be commercially driven, relationship-focused and motivated by the opportunity to build a successful specialist desk.
