HR Advisor - 9 month FTC London | Hybrid working (3 days onsite) Are you an experienced HR professional looking to broaden your impact in a fast-paced, high-performing professional services environment? We are partnering with a leading international professional services organisation to recruit an HR Advisor to join a collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive HR generalist who enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships, supporting business leaders, and driving exceptional employee experiences.

Working closely with HR Business Partners and specialist HR teams, you will play a key role in delivering operational and advisory HR support to senior stakeholders and employees across multiple business areas. As HR Advisor, you will act as a trusted partner to managers and employees, ensuring people processes are delivered smoothly and efficiently while contributing to wider people initiatives and projects.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, offboarding, parental leave, internal moves and secondments Preparing HR updates and communications for business leaders and teams Providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practice Supporting reporting requirements and analysing HR data to provide meaningful insights Reviewing employee correspondence, contracts, and documentation for accuracy and compliance Supporting employee engagement initiatives and action plans Assisting with talent, performance, and remuneration review processes Contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives Collaborating with early careers and talent teams to support graduate programmes Managing sickness absence processes and occupational health referrals Supporting employee relations processes, including investigations, disciplinary, capability, and grievance matters We are looking for a confident and organised HR professional who thrives in a relationship-focused environment with:
