• Deep expertise in Identity Access Management frameworks, policies, and standards
• Hands‑on experience with IAM technologies such as Microsoft Entra , Privilege Manager, and similar solutions
• Strong understanding of access controls, user provisioning, de‑provisioning, and privileged access management
• Proficiency in implementing and managing security policies aligned with industry standards like ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage third‑party vendors, define SOWs, and oversee service delivery
• Ability to analyse access‑related risks and respond effectively during security incidents
• Experience in developing and enforcing governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) frameworks

• Familiarity with multi‑factor authentication (MFA), role‑based access control (RBAC), and orphan account mitigation
• Knowledge of cybersecurity audits, regulatory regimes, and compliance assessments
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent
• Prior experience in leading cross‑functional teams within global organizations
• Understanding of emerging IAM trends and innovative security solutions

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field; advanced degrees preferred
• Minimum of 7+ years in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years focused on IAM leadership roles
• Hands‑on experience managing IAM systems in complex, multi‑site environments
• Demonstrated success in developing strategic security roadmaps and governance frameworks

• Willingness to collaborate across departments, including IT, HR, Data Privacy, and Compliance
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, balancing multiple priorities
• Experience working with external partners and vendors in delivering IAM solutions
• A proactive attitude towards continuous learning to stay ahead of evolving cybersecurity threats
