Job Overview
CHC voluntary Website Digital Content Coordinator role (3-4 hrs/week). Maintain/update Squarespace site, create pages, ensure accessibility/SEO/brand alignment. Collaborate with CHC/CFK/FAS teams. Needs CMS experience, writing/design skills, organization, health/charity passion.
What difference will you make?The role strengthens CHC's digital presence. Maintains accurate, engaging, accessible Squarespace site aligned to brand. Creates pages for CHC/CFK/FAS evolution, optimises SEO/layout/images, fixes issues. Builds enhancements, trains content managers on CMS for self-sufficiency. Collaborates with relevant teams to boost online reach, impact, and public health mission visibility.
What are we looking for?Strong writing/editing skills for digital communication. Experience managing/updating websites, ideally Squarespace CMS. Knowledge of web practices accessibility, readability, mobile responsiveness. Basic SEO (page titles, descriptions, headings). Design flair for engaging, intuitive layouts. Analytical mindset for UX improvements via user data. Collaborative, understanding team needs. Detail-oriented, proactive, organised approach.
What will you be doing?Key duties:
Maintain/update Squarespace site for accuracy, engagement, accessibility, and brand alignment. Create new pages reflecting project goals, source images, advise on layout/content. Test layouts, fix issues (e.g., broken links), build enhancement program. Support content managers with CMS use and web-ready content. Collaborate with Marketing, People, IT, Delivery, Educational Content, and leadership teams across CHC/CFK/FAS.
