Sophos in the United Kingdom is seeking a Partner Enablement Manager to design and deliver impactful partner training programs for their Go-To-Market strategies in Europe. The ideal candidate will have between 5 to 8 years of experience in partner enablement or sales enablement, strong knowledge of cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS solutions, and excellent communication skills. This role involves close collaboration with Channel, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure the effective onboarding and ongoing support of partners.

This position operates primarily in a remote-first model.
