DescriptionWe are currently seeking an SAP Success Factors Engineer to join our Internal Technology team, on a full-time basis.
This is an exciting time to join Aurora as we have embarked on a People & Culture (P&C) HRMS transformation project, starting with the implementation of SAP Success Factors.
In this role, your focus initially will be to embed yourself into the project as a Success Factors SME, working with the Aurora project team and selected SAP Success Factors implementation partner.
On reaching go-live, you will be the primary technical resource responsible for maintaining and enhancing SAP Success Factors within Aurora, using a continuous improvement approach whilst always placing security at the forefront of all design decisions.
You will collaborate with the P&C Systems Manager, Business Analyst and P&C function to understand business requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities System Maintenance & Business Support- Monitor and maintain the SAP Success Factors environment to a consistently high level of service and support to ensure adherence to specific OLAs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical problems related to the SAP Success Factors environment.
- Collaborate with the selected SAP Success Factors AMS partner on escalated issues.
- Review, provide recommendations and complete the relevant preparation for the SAP Success Factors bi-annual release updates.
- Develop and maintain strong Information Security standards in line with ISO 27001.
- Monitor, maintain and troubleshoot existing SAP Success Factors related integrations. Collaborating with other Internal Technology engineers where appropriate.
- Implement new SAP Success Factors integrations, where required, collaborating with Internal Technology Business Analysts and Integration Specialists.
- Communicate effectively and engage with business stakeholders and P&C Systems Manager to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Participate in workshops and meetings related to SAP Success Factors and the wider P&C systems improvement initiatives to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements, driving business efficiency and agility.
- Responsible for ensuring that the Aurora change management procedures are followed and that deliverables are to agreed time, quality and cost objectives.
- Gather requirements, develop and deliver P&C reports and dashboards within SAP Success Factors that provide insights into Aurora P&C Centre of Excellence areas.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Document all system enhancements in line with the Aurora Internal Technology change management procedures.
- Assist with the documentation of P&C business processes related to the SAP Success Factors system.
- Help create and deliver training content to the SAP Success Factors end-user base.
- Continually work with the P&C and legal teams to ensure that employee data within Success Factors is protected and secure.
- Ensure the Success Factors configuration is compliant with relevant labour laws and data privacy regulations.
- Minimum of 3 years hands‑on experience supporting, configuring and administering SAP Success Factors in a global setting
- Strong understanding of the SAP Success Factors system architecture
- SAP certified in SAP Success Factors Employee Central and at least 1 additional module
- Strong understanding of P&C best practice processes across core Success Factors modules
- The ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and able to communicate technical concepts to technical and non‑technical stakeholders appropriately
- Experience of working with agile methodologies, using tools such as Jira
- Flexible approach to work, positive, can‑do attitude, and a team player
- The ability to work independently, to deadlines, managing priorities and making informed technical decisions
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships at all levels
- SAP Success Factors EC Time Management certification
- SAP Success Factors Compensation certification
- SAP Success Factors Onboarding certification
- SAP Success Factors Performance & Goals certification
