Application Support Analyst

Application Support Analyst – Permanent – Hybrid – £39,000 to £46,000 plus benefits We have an exciting opportunity for an Application Support Analyst to join a growing financial services company. You will be responsible for providing support on their internal applications such as their CRM plus others. This is a hybrid role based from their office near London Bridge where you will be needed onsite 2 days a week on average.

What you will be doing:
Provide 1st & 2nd level technical application support to end users Manage relationships with key stakeholders as well as with the external MSP Monitor service levels and ensure SLA’s are met Support with MI reporting & service catalogue management What they are looking for:
Proven application support experience with SaaS based applications A general understanding of Azure and ideally some SQL knowledge Financial Services industry experience would be advantageous Excellent team working & stakeholder management skills
