AWS DevSecOps Engineer

Salary: £55,000 - 55,000 per year

• Experience working with AWS cloud environments
• Hands‑on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
• Experience building or supporting CI/CD pipelines, ideally using Git Hub Actions
• Knowledge of security tooling such as SIEM, EDR, DLP, IDS/IPS, or vulnerability management platforms
• Scripting experience using Python, Shell, or similar languages
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Cloud Watch or New Relic
• Understanding of Dev Ops, Agile, and cloud security best practices
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Design, build, and maintain AWS infrastructure using Terraform
• Develop and support CI/CD pipelines using Git Hub Actions
• Deploy, configure, and maintain security tooling across cloud environments
• Work with engineering teams to improve security, reliability, and operational resilience
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions

We are looking for a Security Engineer to join our Security Engineering team and help build, deploy, and support the security tooling that protects our large‑scale cloud platforms. This is a hands‑on AWS Dev Sec Ops  role focused on Infrastructure as Code, automation, and security practices. You will work closely with our security, cloud, and software engineering teams to improve security, reliability, and operational efficiency across our technology estate.

The role is based in Oxfordshire with one day per week in the office, and the salary is £50,000 to £58,000.
