IT Specialist

Overview

AND-E is an insurance IT and technology team focused on building a secure, scalable, and user‑oriented IT environment. This role supports the development and operation of IT services for the Aioi R&D Lab during growth and organizational change, implementing new systems and improving processes.

• Prepare, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot office IT equipment including laptops, peripherals, meeting room devices, and related hardware.
• Manage and maintain office network infrastructure including Wi‑Fi, LAN, internet connectivity, and network security settings.
• Perform laptop setup, software installation, device configuration, onboarding, replacement, and lifecycle management for employees.
• Procure, configure, renew, and manage licenses for business applications and productivity tools.
• Administer user accounts and access permissions for email systems, cloud services, collaboration platforms, and other business applications.
• Manage corporate domains, email domains, DNS settings, and related administrative activities.
• Maintain security and reliability of Exchange Online and Microsoft 365 systems and services and leverage Azure AD and on‑prem Active Directory to enable role based access and improve security.
• Expand and operate the Microsoft 365 tenant in the group, and support and operate systems and applications in the Windows on‑premises environment, with Microsoft 365 or in Azure.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts (e.g., Power Shell, Power Automate) and develop future strategies for Microsoft 365 products and services.
• Provide help desk and user support services as the primary point of contact for IT operations, troubleshooting, and security‑related inquiries.
• Operate in technically complex and ambiguous environments involving multiple stakeholders.

• Essential: as listed in responsibilities above (IT equipment, network infrastructure, device configuration, licensing, user access management, DNS, and Microsoft 365 / Azure AD administration).
• Experience with managing Microsoft 365 in a group or enterprise environment and Windows on‑premises integration.
• Experience developing automation scripts (Power Shell, Power Automate) and implementing IT process improvements.
• Strong help desk and user support skills with a focus on security and reliability.

• Experience in consulting, client‑facing AI delivery, or regulated contexts such as insurance, financial services, or public sector programs.
• Familiarity with agentic systems design, MCP/A2A protocols, or inference‑time privacy controls.
• Familiarity with agentic‑driven workflows and toolsets for research and prototyping (e.g., Claude, Claude‑Code, CoPilot).
