Field Based
Salary ranges from £55,000 to £70,000 per annum, car/car allowance, plus 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), pension, bonus, life assurance, employee assistance programme, wellbeing support, and flexible benefits including cycle to work scheme.
About the RoleThe S/4 O2C Consultant is responsible for supporting, configuring, and documenting the functional and business process steps within the Order-to-Cash workstream. You will ensure that daily delivery tasks follow best practice SAP standard processes and support the overall practice goals.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day‑to‑day functional configuration, testing, and debugging of S/4
HANA Sales modules - Support the broader presales capability by preparing sample transactional data and maintaining demo environments for Private and Public Cloud SAP solutions.
- Follow standard deployment paths utilising SAP Activate tools and templates, ensuring all tasks, risks, and transport documents are updated within Cloud ALM.
- Assist in documenting business process mapping activities, utilising Signavio output to understand process flows and executing localised user‑adoption workflows.
- Participate in and contribute content towards internal knowledge‑sharing sessions, practice capability tracking, and system test scenarios.
- Assist in setting up localised system walk‑throughs and preparing user stories for prospective client evaluation sessions.

Essential- SAP SD/Sales consulting experience, with exposure to at least one S/4
HANA migration or implementation project. - Strong foundational understanding of the SAP Activate Methodology and basic experience with system prototyping or demo test scripts.
- Exposure to process modelling platforms like SAP Signavio and digital adoption tools like Walk Me is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate configuration issues and draft clear functional design documents (FDDs).
- A valid passport and willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required to support on‑site project testing and Go‑Live preparation.
