About the Role

As the S/4 Development Lead, you will be responsible for defining, governing, and managing the custom development lifecycle, clean core strategies, and extension standards across our delivery portfolio. Reporting to the SAP Head of Technical Services, you will ensure our custom development meets rigid quality benchmarks and follows modern SAP extensibility frameworks, while mentoring our team of developers to drive technical excellence.

As part of your key responsibilities youll:

• Enforce modern SAP extensibility guidelines (In-App and Side-by-Side extensions) to maintain a Clean Core strategy across Public and Private Cloud environments.
• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Technical Developers, driving technical upskilling and code quality standards.
• Support the presales capability by reviewing technical requirements, designing custom technical solution proofs-of-concept, and providing accurate development effort estimations.
