A well-established and award-winning MSP based in Oxfordshire is looking for an experienced 3rd Line Engineer to join their Infrastructure team. This is a senior escalation role within the Service Delivery department, working across a broad range of client environments and technology stacks.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary escalation point for 2nd Line engineers across incidents and requests
Manage tickets in line with established SLAs, keeping clients informed throughout
Monitor and maintain client infrastructure and systems, responding proactively to alerts
Produce and implement change requests for internal and external requirements
Support client on/offboarding processes and assist with project handovers to service delivery
Work with third-party suppliers and vendors where appropriate
Travel to client sites as required for on-site support, installations or meetings
Maintain internal and client documentation to a high standard
Participate in ongoing training programmes and contribute to continuous improvement
