About the Role

As the Head of SAP Delivery, you will be the ultimate custodian of project execution, client relationships, and risk management. You will ensure that complex, multi-year digital transformation projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, while instilling absolute confidence in potential and existing customers through powerful project governance and thought leadership on delivery excellence.

As part of your key responsibilities youll:

• Direct and mentor Programme Managers and Project Managers in managing daily tasks, budgets, and complex RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies).
• Oversee the traffic control function to optimally match consultant skills to project timelines across the entire SI.
• Function as the gatekeeper for solution quality, managing QA managers and specialised Test Automation Consultants utilising tools like Tricentis or UiPath.
