Oxford University Press is seeking a Process Transformation Manager to join the ELT Sales team on a 9‑month fixed term contract. You will develop, improve and embed pre‑sales and key account management processes, ensuring they are fit-for-purpose and widely adopted, working with Salesforce and the Microsoft suite.
The role leads process reviews, builds workflows in Power Automate, creates playbooks and templates, and tracks adoption across regions.
