As our IT Asset & Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be the custodian of the technology lifecycle that powers this discovery. Please note that this role is hybrid, based at our site in Oxford.

This is not a traditional back-office registry job. You will own the end-to-end journey of our physical and digital assets—from the moment a cutting-edge device arrives at our facility to the software provisioning that enables a new starter's first day. Working closely with our IT Support, Systems Administration, and newly formed Supplier Management teams, you will act as the vital operational anchor of IT Service Delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Hardware Lifecycle Management (HAM)
  • Own the Lifecycle: Track and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of our diverse hardware estate (Windows, macOS, and Linux devices), ensuring our global teams are always equipped with high-performing, reliable tools.
  • Innovative HAM Deployment: Work alongside our systems team to implement and optimise our brand-new, modern Hardware Asset Management (HAM) software platforms to drive operational efficiency.
  • Sustainable Logistics: Manage the physical inventory, coordinate timely hardware procurement, distribute assets dynamically based on user profiles, and lead our sustainable, compliant WEEE e-waste recycling initiatives.
2. Software & Licence Administration (SAM)
  • Licence Governance: Oversee standard software licence allocations across the business, ensuring continuous alignment with company security and compliance policies.
  • Proactive Lifecycle Chasing: Actively monitor software renewals, track usage patterns, and collaborate with our Supplier Managers to reclaim unused licences before subscription cycles roll over.
  • Secure Provisioning: Procure new software requests by coordinating closely with our Info Sec, Identity (IAM), and procurement teams.
3. Onboarding & Offboarding Orchestration
  • The First-Day

    Experience:

    Partner closely with HR to deliver an exceptional onboarding experience, ensuring every new starter has their hardware, peripherals, and software credentials ready from day one.
  • Compliant Offboarding: Coordinate the recovery of company assets from leavers, ensuring rigorous data cleansing, disk-wiping, and sanitisation protocols are met before hardware is securely reallocated or retired.
