Tank Recruitment is seeking a 2nd Line IT Engineer in the United Kingdom to join a growing MSP. The role focuses on troubleshooting, escalating, and resolving incidents across the customer base, maintaining SLAs and contributing to cloud infrastructure improvements.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of IT experience in corporate environments, strong Windows/macOS and Microsoft 365 skills, and a full driving licence. Flexible/hybrid working and benefits are offered.
