Company and role overview

Albus Health ( ) is a medical technology spin out company from the University of Oxford. We have developed Albus Home , a contactless multisensor platform that monitors sleep, vital signs and cough without the patients having to do, wear or charge anything. The product incorporates state of the art sensor technology, with sophisticated signal processing and AI/machine learning algorithms, collecting continuous, objective and accurate physiological data from the patient's home.

Albus Home is available in over 50 countries, and has been used to collect over 10 billion data points across a dozen physiological and environmental parameters. Our clients include some of the world's largest pharmaceutical companies, and partners include some of the most reputed opinion leaders in medicine. Our team members have built unicorns in healthtech and biotech and are global leaders in medicine, drug development and healthcare technology.

We are a lean and effective team, rapidly growing and actively recruiting across several functions.

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Director of Clinical Trial Delivery to lead the delivery of Albus' solutions to world's top 10 pharmaceutical and CRO clients, ensuring the success of our clients in their clinical trials.

This is a client-facing role that takes ownership of the entire delivery lifecycle and project management - setting up delivery strategies and processes, managing client relationships, overseeing logistics, tracking performance, and ensuring successful trial close-out. You will be the primary contact for clients throughout the lifecycle of the project and will work closely with internal teams across logistics and operations, technical support, regulatory and quality, and data delivery to continue timely, high-quality delivery of our product and services.

This role has excellent growth and leadership opportunities, and will have significant influence on Albus' relationship with its clients. This is a critical hire as we scale our deployments globally across several continents, therapeutics areas and across phase I-IV clinical trials. Over time, you will be expected to build and manage the delivery team. You will need experience in global pharmaceutical clinical trials across the entire lifecycle, and understanding of deploying digital technologies or medical devices in global clinical trials, a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical clinical trials, and an operational mindset with high attention to detail.

This is a full time position and reports to the CEO.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary client-facing lead for delivery of Albus' technology in clinical trials, representing the company across delivery.
  • Own full delivery lifecycle - from protocol and contract review through project planning, ongoing project management, and closure.
  • Lead project management, including weekly client check-in meetings, tracking milestones, capturing risks and actions, managing escalations where necessary (both ways) and ensuring transparent progress reporting.
  • Improve, and where needed develop, SOPs for client delivery
  • Contribute to pre-sales discussions, providing strategic and operational input to proposals and partnership development.
  • Review Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and contracts to extract delivery obligations and translate them into clear operational plans and timelines, ensuring all internal and external stakeholders are coordinated.
  • Work with internal team members across operations, technical support, data delivery, business development, QARA and senior management
  • Coordinate with CRAs and sites (when needed) for materials preparation, training delivery, and ongoing operational support.
  • Ensure timely provision of regulatory and quality documentation, such as Instructions for Use, product specifications and regional regulatory certifications.
  • Manage study-specific data transfer agreements, confirming technical and legal alignment and coordinating secure data delivery to clients.
  • Ensure smooth trial closeout, including delivery of final data as per specifications, return of hardware, debriefs, and lessons learned.
  • Maintain detailed and traceable study documentation, ensuring compliance with internal SOPs and GCP.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams in operations, data, quality,…
