ITSM Consultant; Halo

Do you have hands-on HaloITSM experience and enjoy helping customers improve their service management?

We’re looking for a Halo ITSM Consultant to deliver customer projects from initial requirements through to implementation and ongoing improvement.

• Run discovery workshops and turn customer requirements into practical solutions.
• Configure workflows, service catalogues, SLAs, permissions, automation and dashboards.
• Support integrations with other systems and the migration of customer data.
• Guide customers through testing, go-live and handover.
• Deliver training and identify ways to improve platform adoption and performance.
• Work alongside project managers and technical teams to keep delivery on track.

• Experience implementing, configuring or supporting HaloITSM.
• A good understanding of ITIL and service management processes.
• Confidence gathering requirements and advising customer stakeholders.
• Practical knowledge of automation, reporting and integrations.
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.

HaloITSM and ITIL certifications would be advantageous.
