An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join a highly regarded Top 100 law firm based in Oxford. You will take ownership of a varied residential property caseload, working closely with clients and colleagues to deliver clear, pragmatic and commercially focused advice. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Managing a diverse residential property caseload efficiently and to a high standard
• Building trusted client relationships and advising on options, risk, outcomes and timescales
• Scoping and agreeing fees, monitoring work in progress and managing billing effectively
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members with technical and practical guidance
• Actively contributing to the firm's risk management culture and departmental objectives

• A qualified solicitor with solid experience in residential property law
• Confident and personable, with strong client-facing and relationship-building skills
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple matters concurrently
• Comfortable working within structured processes to meet individual and team KPIs
• A collaborative team player who enjoys supporting colleagues and contributing to shared success
