Residential Property Associate / Senior Associate
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join a highly regarded Top 100 law firm based in Oxford. This role offers the chance to work within a collaborative, well-structured team where high-quality client service is matched by a genuine commitment to career development and progression.
You will take ownership of a varied residential property caseload, working closely with clients and colleagues to deliver clear, pragmatic and commercially focused advice. The firm provides robust systems, established processes and a supportive culture, enabling you to focus on delivering excellent work while contributing to the wider success of the team.
The RoleYour day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Managing a diverse residential property caseload efficiently and to a high standard
- Building trusted client relationships and advising on options, risk, outcomes and timescales
- Scoping and agreeing fees, monitoring work in progress and managing billing effectively
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members with technical and practical guidance
- Actively contributing to the firm's risk management culture and departmental objectives
- A qualified solicitor with solid experience in residential property law
- Confident and personable, with strong client-facing and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple matters concurrently
- Comfortable working within structured processes to meet individual and team KPIs
- A collaborative team player who enjoys supporting colleagues and contributing to shared success
- Competitive salary, commensurate with experience
- Permanent position based in Oxford with a flexible working model (three days in the office post-probation: Tuesday, Wednesday and one additional day)
