An outstanding opportunity has opened up for a talented Private Client Solicitor to join a highly regarded Private Client team based in Oxford.

This team is consistently recognised for its technical excellence and client-first approach, and the role is ideal for an ambitious Associate or Senior Associate who's ready to step into greater responsibility while still benefiting from genuine support, collaboration, and room to grow.

You'll handle a broad and complex private client practice, including:

• Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Delivering estate planning advice, covering:
• Inheritance Tax
• Capital Gains Tax
• Income Tax
• Creation and structuring of lifetime trusts
• Managing estate administrations from start to finish, including:
• Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration
• Foreign domicile matters
• Re-sealing of grants
• Intestate estates
• Preparing deeds of variation, deeds of gift, and family arrangements
• Advising on trust creation, management, and structuring, working closely with a specialist Trust Administration team who handle ongoing administration and compliance

We're keen to speak with qualified solicitors who bring:

• A strong background in wills, probate, and estate planning, with experience running their own caseload
• STEP qualification preferred, or a clear commitment to working towards it
• A confident, personable style with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to work collaboratively, supervise others where appropriate, and lead by example
• A genuine commitment to exceptional client care
• Experience managing relationships across teams and with external referrers
• A flexible mindset and the ability to prioritise effectively under pressure
